| Namibia Breweries gives to hearing and visually impaired children |

Namibia Breweries, through its Fruitree brand, on 09 April 2010 affirmed its commitment towards children with disabilities by donating 120 cases of Fruitree juice to each of the schools for hearing and visually impaired children. This long standing annual donation by Namibia Breweries provides each school with 10 cases of juice on a monthly basis which is not only provided to the children as refreshments but is also sold to raise necessary funds for the school to improve the conditions for the children. Staff of Namibia Breweries and the kids’ teachers participated by handing out juices to the children.

The List Trust Company (Pty) Ltd (LTCL) has entered into a Broad-based Community Economic Empowerment transaction with EPIA Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (EPIA). Currently LTCL, the controlling shareholder of OLFITRA (Ohlthaver and List Finance & Trading Corporation Ltd), holds 80,9% of the equity of OLFITRA and OLH (Ohlthaver and List Holdings) is held in proportion of 51% and 49% by LTCL and Epia respectively.

Namibia Breweries today launched campaign 2090 aimed at commemorating 20 years of Namibian Independence and the company’s 90th Anniversary. Namibia Breweries was incorporated on 29 October 1920.

The Ohlthaver & List Group of Companies has announced the resignation of its Director: Corporate Affairs, Tjeripo Hijarunguru. Hijarunguru has taken up the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Epia Empowerment Group of Companies effective 1 November 2009. The Epia Group is the BEE partner of the O&L Group.
