The Talent Attraction Programme will focus on attracting and retaining dynamic Namibian graduates who display the passion and potential to be developed into future Leaders of the O&L Group of Companies. The programme will focus on recruiting high-flyers who can be fast-tracked to develop into positions that are essential for the long term sustainability and strategy of the company. The Talent Attraction Program was introduced in 2008, it has been successfully implemented and has employed a total 16 participants in the past three years. Among others, candidates from the designated groups are represented in the program.

The objectives of the Talent Attraction Program are as follows:
  • To ensure valuable on-the-job, internal and external development and work experience to enable the TAP employees to become competent and self driven in their careers.
  • To ensure the TAP employees experience a sense of belonging to the O&L Group of Companies
  • To ensure job security and employee retention.
  • To ensure that TAP employees are exposed to value adding projects within the Operating Companies.
 
Graduate development job opportunities are available to final year graduates.
